Here’s an inspiring talk that I had heard years ago (and again just recently) where Simon Sinek shared some common attributes of those that lead– namely Apple, The Wright Brothers and Martin Luther King, Jr.
When you think of those that lead in your organization– or maybe you’re that leader– do you know their why?
