Welcome to the podcast. Today’s episode is inspired by one of my online coaches and one of her podcast episodes back at the beginning of the year where she talked about her goals and intentions for 2020.
In this episode, we’ll talk about just that– goals and intentions for the remainder of the year. And lately for me, it’s been a challenge to juggle everything that I want to do with the immediate needs of what I must do.
And I’m forgiving myself for not being on track at this time.
